Are tenants referenced?
Yes — every applicant is credit checked, ID verified, and we obtain employment and previous landlord references through an independent referencing partner. -
Who holds the deposit?
Deposits are protected with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service) within 30 days of receipt, in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. -
Do you offer rent guarantee?
Yes — our optional Gold Service includes rent guarantee insurance covering rental income for up to 12 months, plus legal costs for eviction proceedings if required.
